  Doktong is new to me; but with dderak, I'm quite familiar. "Ambo mung gi dderak duane sape sariang takdok ni?" Then there's petong, which is similar to pelekong; and the result is bedamor. "Budok ni, kalu aku petong denge batu ning bedamo-oh!" is an admonition and a warning for a quick getaway.
  
  Maybe I'm wrong, but Trengganu is probably the only dialect with something like the Arabic shaddah, i.e. emphasis on repeated consonants, for shortening words, for transforming something into a verb, etc. Did you, when young, panjak pohong ppisang? I suppose it's mempisang, but there you are.

• Sorry I must retract what I said earlier before Atok comes back to correct me. Actually Trengganu and Kelantan dialects both use the shaddah as a grammatical device. Ggitu lah.

  dok= tidak ( duk =duduk??)dok makang vs duk makang
  tong = tong minyak tar ( barrels of crude oil?)
  tong = tong kayu ( boxes)
  tong = as in Sungai Tong ( nasalised). may be from Siamese word such as tong yang bangkok kong( tom yam abang Tom Jones)
  doktong = duduk atas tong OR tidak ada tong
  doktong =lepak
  doktong = doktor tong ( quack doctor?)doktor tong kosong
  doktong = doktor pelatih/ housemaship
  doktong = doktor locum ( DOKTor + tolONG)
